Had a really nice time in Destin....but not as warm and sunny as we hoped. Jim was not able to take us out in his boat, and we didn't get to walk on the beach. So this morning before we leave we are going to take that walk. This morning there isn't a cloud in the sky and it is already 59 degrees at 8 a.m.
Today after our walk we will head towards Orlando, but first we are stopping in Panama City to have lunch with Doraine Newland (a woman I job shared with back in 1980 when I started at ARCC). Bonnie and I both worked with her....so we'll have some good conversation.
Tonight we will be in Winter Gardens....near Orlando. Stay the next 3 nights and head to Naples on Monday.
Loving the trip so far, and having a great time with all the people we got to stay with. Everyone has been so good to us.
My butt isn't doing to bad, I think it is much better than it was a week ago. I hear Bucky is feeling a little better (probably the morphine) but they couldn't do the procedure to remove the blockage yet. So keep those prayers a coming!!! Love and prayers to all, m
