Two days in a row!!! Whoohoo. Funny I just read my cousin Louie's caringbridge site and he just moved back to Minnesota from Colorado Springs.....he writes about how beautiful the snow is....etc. etc.....and all I do is complain.....it's not that I hate snow....I'm a skier in my good health days....but it's the Grey skies that I despise....I love seeing the sun. So hopefully it will be out to greet us again today. Oh no scattered snow showers this morning....and bitterblast of cold they just said on the TV....aaauuuugggghhhh!
I have a Christmas party to go to this afternoon and tomorrow evening we will celebrate Bill and Nick's birthdays that will happen while I am gone on vacation. I've promised them pizza and I think they all can come.
I did go to Nicole's hockey game, and it was a great game to watch. They won 6-1 and the 1 wasn't scored till they had less than 3 minutes left in the game and were short by 2 players in the penalty box. The best part of the day was seeing Nicole score one of those goals. Go Nicole!!
I did a little shopping, a very little only one store....and then came home and worked on packing for the trip. I have everything (clothes wise) laying out on a bed in the spare room....and may edit it along the way....but I just have to decide which shoes to take....and what else I need. I also feed addresses into my GPS so I can easily get to them while traveling. I think I'm getting set!
